Muse is available in the US and Canada
Chartsy is a hosted, read-only MCP server that Meta Muse can add as a custom connector, so Muse can answer from your MRR, churn and refunds in Stripe, Paddle, Polar, Lemon Squeezy, Creem or Freemius, plus your site traffic and paying channels. Muse is available in the US and Canada. Last updated October 2026.
How did we do yesterday?
A good day.
Muse creates custom connectors from a chat. You set it up once, then ask from any device.
Create a Custom Connector for a new remote MCP server, then connect to it: Name: Chartsy Transport: remote streamable HTTP URL: https://mcp.chartsy.app/mcp Auth: OAuth
If your Settings → Connectors shows an Add custom connector option, you can paste the server URL there instead. Muse connects from Meta's cloud; Meta doesn't review custom connectors.

Need longer reviews or investor updates? Chartsy + Claude handles those better.
You connect once. The connector belongs to your Muse account, not to one device.

WhatsApp | A WhatsApp chat with Muse | One-line checks between meetings | Revenue numbers land in your WhatsApp history |
Muse appThis page | iOS, Android and the Mac app | Morning check-ins and quick follow-ups | Same account and connectors as the web |
muse.ai | The web, on any computer | Setting up the connector and longer questions | US and Canada only, like the apps |
Short questions work best on a phone. Muse picks the Chartsy tools, so the calls can vary.

Signups only tell you half the story. Muse can now follow each channel into your billing data, so you see which ones bring customers who pay and stay.
Needs the Chartsy tracking script on your site and a connected payment provider. Groups under 5 paying customers are flagged as inconclusive, and retention needs about 90 days to mean much.

Search brings the most money; the newsletter converts best.
The same numbers as your Chartsy dashboard. Muse picks the tool; you just ask.

Meta doesn't review custom connectors, so this is what it gets.
Muse can read your numbers. It can't change Chartsy, your payment provider's data, or your customers.
Customers are payment-processor IDs; names and emails stay in Chartsy. Muse sees only the accounts and sites your login owns, checked on every call.
Each call uses one ChartsyAI question from your monthly allowance, failed calls included. Broad questions usually take one call.
Most fixes are a reconnect or a clearer question.
Mention Chartsy in the question, for example "from Chartsy, how did we do yesterday?". Check the connector still shows in Settings → Connectors.
Send the setup message again with the exact URL https://mcp.chartsy.app/mcp, streamable HTTP and OAuth. Muse connects from Meta's cloud, so the address must be the public https one above.
Meta offers Muse in the US and Canada only. Elsewhere, Chartsy works with other assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT or Perplexity.
Chartsy needs a real payment provider connected and synced. Connect Stripe, Paddle, Polar, Lemon Squeezy, Creem or Freemius in Chartsy and let the first sync finish. The demo data added at signup doesn't count.
Every tool call uses one ChartsyAI question, failed calls included. When the monthly allowance is used up, calls stop until it resets on the 1st, or until you upgrade your Chartsy plan.
Short answers before you connect.
Ask Muse in a chat to create a Custom Connector named Chartsy for the remote MCP server https://mcp.chartsy.app/mcp, using streamable HTTP and OAuth, then sign in to Chartsy and approve. Meta's help centre describes custom connectors as something you ask Muse to create.
Yes, through Muse. Once the connector is on your Muse account, you can ask about your numbers in the WhatsApp chat with Muse, as well as on muse.ai and in the apps. The answers stay in your WhatsApp history, so keep that chat private.
In the US and Canada, on iOS, Android, the web at muse.ai, the Mac app and WhatsApp.
Connecting costs nothing extra. It works on any Chartsy plan, including the free trial, and each tool call Muse makes uses one ChartsyAI question from your plan's monthly allowance.
Muse reads whatever you have connected to Chartsy: Stripe, Paddle, Polar, Lemon Squeezy, Creem, Freemius or a custom source through the Chartsy API.
No. All 19 Chartsy tools are read-only. Muse can't change Chartsy, your payment provider's data, or your customers.
One per tool call, failed calls included. Quick questions usually take one call. A weekday morning check is about 22 questions a month.
In Muse, open Settings → Connectors and disconnect Chartsy. You can also revoke access in Chartsy under Settings → Claude & MCP. Access is checked on every call, so it stops immediately.
Yes. The get_revenue_by_source tool follows the people who signed up from each source, medium, UTM campaign or post into your billing data, and returns how many became paying customers, what they're worth in MRR today, how many churned and the retention rate. You can choose first touch (where they first found you) or last touch (what made them sign up). It needs the Chartsy tracking script on your site and a connected payment provider. Groups with fewer than 5 paying customers are flagged as too small to call.
Same server, same numbers. Or see all AI agents and the MCP server reference.
Connect your payment provider to Chartsy, add the connector in Muse, and ask how yesterday went.
