Chartsy is a hosted connector that lets Claude read your MRR, churn and refunds from Stripe, Paddle, Polar, Lemon Squeezy, Creem or Freemius, plus your site visits and signups by source, campaign and landing page. Nothing to install, no API key. Works on claude.ai, desktop and mobile. Last updated October 2026.

Signups only tell you half the story. Claude can now follow each channel into your billing data, so you see which ones bring customers who pay and stay.
Needs the Chartsy tracking script on your site and a connected payment provider. Groups under 5 paying customers are flagged as inconclusive, and retention needs about 90 days to mean much.
Which channels brought paying customers last quarter, and what are they worth now?

The same numbers as your Chartsy dashboard. Claude picks the tool; you just ask.

Everything else stays in Chartsy.
Claude can read your numbers. It can't change Chartsy, your payment provider's data, or your customers.
Customers are payment-processor IDs; names and emails stay in Chartsy. Claude sees only the accounts and sites your login owns, checked on every call.
Each call uses one ChartsyAI question from your monthly allowance, failed calls included. Broad questions usually take one call.
Most fixes take one click.
In the chat, click + → Connectors and make sure Chartsy is on, then ask again. Connectors are switched on per conversation.
The Free Claude plan allows one custom connector, so remove another one first. On Team and Enterprise, an Owner adds Chartsy under Organization settings → Connectors, then you click Connect.
Chartsy needs a real payment provider connected and synced before Claude can read anything. Connect Stripe, Paddle, Polar, Lemon Squeezy, Creem or Freemius in Chartsy and let the first sync finish. The demo data added at signup doesn't count.
Claude sees only the accounts and sites your Chartsy login owns. Ask "list my Chartsy accounts" to check which ones it can read, then name the one you mean.
Traffic comes from the Chartsy tracking script, not your payment provider. Add the script to your site and set up signup tracking, then ask again. Ask "list my tracked sites" to check which sites Claude can read.
Open Customize → Connectors in Claude, reconnect Chartsy and sign in again.
Every tool call uses one ChartsyAI question, failed calls included. When the monthly allowance is used up, calls stop until it resets on the 1st, or until you upgrade your Chartsy plan.
Short answers to what founders ask before connecting.
In Claude, open Customize → Connectors → + Add → Add custom connector, name it Chartsy, paste https://mcp.chartsy.app/mcp and sign in to Chartsy to approve. It takes about a minute, with nothing to install and no API key to copy.
Yes. Chartsy works on every Claude plan: Free, Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise. The Free plan allows one custom connector, so Chartsy would be that one.
On claude.ai, the Claude desktop app and the Claude mobile apps. A connector added on the web or desktop shows up on mobile. For the terminal, use the Claude Code plugin instead: Chartsy + Claude Code.
Connecting Claude costs nothing extra. It works on any Chartsy plan, including the free trial, and each tool call Claude makes uses one ChartsyAI question from your plan's monthly allowance.
Claude reads whatever you have connected to Chartsy: Stripe, Paddle, Polar, Lemon Squeezy, Creem, Freemius or a custom source through the Chartsy API. The same questions work for every provider.
No. All 19 Chartsy tools are read-only. Claude can't change Chartsy, your payment provider's data, or your customers.
No. Customers appear as payment-processor IDs, such as a Stripe or Paddle customer ID. Names and emails stay in Chartsy; look an ID up in Chartsy to see who it is.
One per tool call, failed calls included. Broad questions like "give me a business review" usually take one call. A weekday morning brief is about 22 questions a month.
Yes. Claude reads the same numbers as your Chartsy dashboard, through the same queries. If something looks off, ask Claude which account and date range it used.
In Claude, open Customize → Connectors and remove Chartsy. You can also revoke access from Chartsy under Settings → Claude & MCP. Access is checked on every call, so it stops immediately.
Yes. The get_revenue_by_source tool follows the people who signed up from each source, medium, UTM campaign or post into your billing data, and returns how many became paying customers, what they're worth in MRR today, how many churned and the retention rate. You can choose first touch (where they first found you) or last touch (what made them sign up). It needs the Chartsy tracking script on your site and a connected payment provider. Groups with fewer than 5 paying customers are flagged as too small to call.
Same server, same numbers. Or see all AI agents and the MCP server reference.
Add the connector, turn it on, and ask what moved.
