How to Connect Paddle Classic to Chartsy

Chartsy connects to Paddle Classic using your Vendor ID and Vendor API Key. Once connected, Chartsy securely syncs available subscription, customer, product, and transaction data so you can track key SaaS metrics and analyze your business performance. Due to Paddle Classic API limitations, some data such as refunds may not be available.

Before You Start

To connect Paddle Classic to Chartsy, make sure you have:

  • An active Paddle Classic account
  • Admin access to the Paddle Classic dashboard
  • Permission to generate API credentials (Vendor ID and Vendor API Key)

What Data Does Chartsy Sync from Paddle Classic?

Chartsy syncs all data made available by the Paddle Classic API, including:

  • Customers
  • Subscriptions
  • Products
  • Transactions (limited)

Important Paddle Classic Limitations

Due to API restrictions:

  • Refund data is not available
  • Some transaction and balance details may be missing
  • Chartsy only displays data that Paddle Classic exposes via API
