Try Next is a BigCommerce-specific feature that suggests intelligent follow-up questions after every query. Instead of staring at a result and wondering what to ask next, Try Next tells you - and one click runs the next question automatically.
What Is Try Next?
When ChartsyAI answers a question about your BigCommerce store, Try Next surfaces 2–3 follow-up questions based on what you just saw. These suggestions are not generic - they reference the specific products, customers, time periods, or values from your previous answer.
For example, if you asked about your best products and the top result is a specific SKU, the Try Next suggestion might read: "What is the revenue trend for [Product Name] over the last 6 months?" - already named after the product in your result.
How to Use Try Next
- Ask any question about your store. Type a plain-English question in the ChartsyAI input field - for example, "Show me my best products this month" or "Which customers spent the most last quarter?"
- Look for the Try Next suggestions below the result. After ChartsyAI generates your chart or table, 2–3 follow-up suggestions appear below it. Each one is a ready-to-run question built around your specific result.
- Click any suggestion to run it. The next question runs immediately as a full ChartsyAI query. You don't need to type anything - the question is already written and populated with your actual data.
- Keep exploring. Each new answer generates another round of Try Next suggestions. Your analysis builds naturally from one question to the next.
