Weekly email reports: your business health, delivered every week

One of the patterns we noticed in how founders use Chartsy is that dashboard-checking tends to be reactive. You open it when something feels off, or before an investor call, or when you happen to remember. That means there are stretches - sometimes weeks - where nobody looks at the numbers.

A lot can happen in a week. A customer churns. MRR ticks up or down. A new market starts showing up in your geographic distribution. We wanted to make sure those signals reached you automatically, whether or not you remembered to check.

Every weekly report covers the core metrics of your SaaS business for that week: total subscribers and the change from the previous week, weekly net revenue, new subscribers, churned customers and churn rate, refunds as a percentage of revenue, and current MRR.

Below the overview, the report includes a plan performance table showing total, new, trial, and churned subscribers for each of your pricing plans - so you can see not just aggregate churn but which specific plan it came from. The report also includes a customer churn chart and a geographic distribution chart showing where your active customers are located.

Everything is calculated from your live Stripe or Paddle data, the same source Chartsy uses for your dashboards.

The weekly email report is enabled automatically for all Chartsy users with a connected Stripe or Paddle account. There's nothing to configure, schedule, or trigger. It arrives in your inbox at the end of each week.

If you want to adjust which email address receives the report or pause it temporarily, you can do that from your notification settings.

The current weekly report covers your core SaaS metrics. We're working on making it more customizable - letting you choose which metrics appear, add charts from your dashboard, and adjust the delivery day and time.
