MRR
Subscriptions normalized to one monthly figure, with seat-based subscriptions counted by seat and split by product and billing period.
Connect your Creem store and get MRR, churn, LTV and net revenue after Creem’s fee - across subscriptions, seats and one-time sales, answered in plain English instead of CSV exports.
Needs one Creem API key.
How did MRR change by plan since April?
MRR grew 24%, from $6,040 to $7,480. Pro grew fastest (+28%); Starter grew 17%.
Chartsy turns your Creem payments, subscriptions and refunds into SaaS metrics you can trust.
Subscriptions normalized to one monthly figure, with seat-based subscriptions counted by seat and split by product and billing period.
Cancelled subscriptions by product, counted when paid access actually ends - so a cancel at period end never churns early.
What a subscriber is worth over their lifetime, compared across products and monthly versus annual billing.
Payments minus tax, Creem’s fee, refunds and chargebacks, by month - so a refund spike never hides inside a good-looking total.
Paste your API key and check the fee rate. Chartsy imports your products, customers, subscriptions and payments, and adds the webhook for you.
Find the key in Creem under Settings → API Keys.
Type questions in plain English - about MRR, churn, LTV, refunds or any metric that matters to you.
“Which product churns the most?”
Every answer comes with a chart and the numbers behind it, so you can check the reasoning.
Charts split by product and billing period.

Which product churns the most?
Your Starter plan churns the most at 5.8% a month - three times the Team plan (1.9%).
One-time purchases can’t churn, so they’re excluded.
Creem’s API doesn’t report the fee it takes from each payment. Chartsy computes it from your rate - Creem’s standard 3.9% + $0.40, or the deal you agreed - and keeps only recurring revenue in MRR.
Chartsy reads your products, discounts, customers, subscriptions and payments. The only thing it adds in Creem is the webhook endpoint that sends it new events.
Your Creem API key is encrypted at rest and used only to read your store and keep its webhook running.
Delete the data source in Chartsy and it is permanently removed, together with all the data imported from it.
Your Creem API key, from Creem → Settings → API Keys. Use the key from your live store - test-mode keys can’t be connected. Chartsy adds the webhook to your store itself, so there is no URL or secret to copy.
Creem’s API doesn’t say what fee it took from each payment, so Chartsy computes net revenue from your rate. It’s prefilled with Creem’s standard 3.9% + $0.40; change it if you agreed a different rate. If your rate changes later, record the new one from that date and earlier payments keep the old rate.
No. Only subscription payments that bill a period count toward MRR, with seat-based subscriptions counted by seat. One-time purchases count as revenue and net revenue, never as MRR.
Yes. Each Creem store is its own data source, named whatever you choose when you connect, and All Accounts adds them up with any Stripe, Paddle, Freemius, Polar or Lemon Squeezy accounts you connect.
Everything from 1 January two years ago - at least 24 months - right after you connect. After that, the Creem webhook delivers new payments, refunds and subscription changes as they happen, and Sync now re-reads your whole store whenever you want a full check.
Yes. Set your products’ Success URL to a page on your site with the Chartsy tag - Creem adds ?checkout_id=… to it by itself, and Chartsy credits the payment to the visit behind it, even without a signup. Creating checkouts from your server? Add the chartsy_visitor_id cookie to the checkout metadata. Buyers are also matched by email to people who signed up.
Yes. Turn it on when you connect and Chartsy keeps customer emails, names, countries and cities out of the sync. MRR, churn and revenue stay the same, and success-URL and checkout-metadata attribution keep working; breakdowns by country and matching payments to visitors by email are what you give up.
